The foundations TV program was built to make life somewhat more tolerable for its inmates especially since people needed to be in a default emotional state for it to be a proper test but the TV also couldn’t be live feed or effect any shows that were current on a broadcast slate given how some entities in the facility liked to travel through satellite signals and the risk of getting hacked by other groups.
